Gaylene is a registered psychotherapist working in private practice in Mt Eden and Glen Eden and offers counselling and psychodynamic psychotherapy for individuals and couples.

She works with a range of difficulties including relationship problems, loss and grief, anxiety, depression and sadness, anger and addictions including eating difficulties, self esteem issues, parenting difficulties.

She brings to her practice experience in a range of specialist organizations including abuse and trauma and mental health which enhances her clinical practice and her ability to connect with and help wide range of clients.

Gaylene honours the uniqueness of everyone’s personal journey and provides a warm and inviting environment from which people can safely explore the emotional stress that led them into therapy.

Fees are $95 per hour. Please ask about a sliding scale dependant on income if necessary.
